Stop 		removing the bi-national ribbon
I need to explain that the dutch flag is very similar to ours, just the blue and red are reversed. Off course my wife has arranged it so, that her flag appears on my side, something the dutch guests notice right away, the French are a bit slower!
The deputy Henri Nayrou invites her to remove the bi-national ribbon with her.
